OUR PROGRAM FRAMEWORK
At the heart of any coaching relationship is trust. In a series of one-to-one meetings, in person, by phone, or via video conference, Nicole works with you to identify and focus on goals and overcome barriers to growth and change. Between meetings, work is assigned to help meet goals.
The frequency of meetings and check-ins is usually agreed to in advance and varies from once a month to weekly.
1. Interview
Both the program sponsors and the leader will be interviewed to understand the development objectives and priorities.
2. Appraisals
We would appreciate reviewing any feedback or documentation of the candidate’s leadership skills, opportunities and development needs.
3. Review Success
An end of program review will be conducted once the program is completed.
4. Duration
A 6 or 12 month program delivered over weekly or monthly sessions is recommended to allow the leader to implement ongoing change. Each session is 1-1.5 hours.
PERSONALISED PROGRAM
Executive Advantage offers a personalised program of one-on-one coaching. The programs are flexible depending on the needs of the organisation and the individual.
The program includes:
1. Discovery session – prior to contract
2. Upfront alignment session with sponsor/s and the leader
3. Contracting (to align on expectations, confidentiality, desired outcomes and measurement)
4. Preparation for each coaching session
5. 6 coaching sessions with Nicole Gillard each 1-1.5 hrs (to assess needs and goals, develop strategies and action plan and implement)
6. Access to ongoing phone or email process checks throughout the program
7. Access to tools and frameworks relevant to the leader’s development
8. Completion session with sponsor/s and the leader (debrief on successes and learnings).
